WHEN EE BACKED AGAINST DIRT PILE AT THE TOP OF THE RAMP, THE TRUCK STALLED AND DRIFTED FORWARD ABOUT 100' AND LODGED AND STOPPED ON THE BERM. EE EXITED THE TRUCK ONTO THE OUTSLOPE OF THE BERM. ONCE ON THE GROUND, HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL DOWN THE SLOPE AND SUFFERED MULTIPLE LACERATIONS AND BRUISES.
