FALL AREA HAD COAL RIDER SEAM APPROX 10' ABO VE ACTIVE SEAM, WITH WATER COMING IN ALSO. TH EBOVE MENTIONED CONDITIONS AND NOT BEING ABLE TO CHECK MINE ON DAILY BASIS CONTRIBUTED TO ROOF FALL.
