Employee was bolting top in the # 5 entry, a low spot, employee stated that he slipped and his right hand went in where the scissors were on the pot. Mashed hand and pinky finger. Metacarpal Gloves were worn.

EE WAS BACKING THE WATER TRUCK UP USING THE REARVIEW MIRROR. HE MISJUDGED & BACKED THE TRUCK INTO THE CREEK. HE PULLED A MUSCLE IN HIS LEFT LEG.RECEIVED PRESCRIPTION.
