VICTIM OPERATING DOZER & TRAMMED OVER A ROCK, CAUSING DOZER TO IMPACT ON SURFACE CREATING TRAUMATIC INJURY TO LOWER BACK. NO TREATMENT GIVEN UNTIL RECENTLY. NOW VICTIM HAS BEEN TOLD TO BEGIN P HYSICAL THERAPY FOR POSSIBLE RUPTURED DISC.

VICTIM WAS SITTING IN CAB OF ROCK TRUCK WHILE BEING LOADED. WHEN LOADER DUMPED BUCKET INTO TRUCKBED. VICTIM BUMPED HIS ELBOW ON DOOR FRAME. VICTIM DID NOT REPORT INJURY FOR 3 DAYS. VICTIM DID NOT LOSE WORK TIME.
