VICTIM WAS SITTING IN CAB OF ROCK TRUCK WHILE BEING LOADED. WHEN LOADER DUMPED BUCKET INTO TRUCKBED. VICTIM BUMPED HIS ELBOW ON DOOR FRAME. VICTIM DID NOT REPORT INJURY FOR 3 DAYS. VICTIM DID NOT LOSE WORK TIME.
VICTIM WAS IN A HURRY TO GET TRUCK AWAY FROMT EH PROPOSED BLAST AREA DUE TO POSSIBLE INCOMING STORM, WHEN VICTIM TWISTED HIS ANKLE.
