EE WAS WORKING ON THE SCREEN PLANT. FELT A PAIN IN HIS BACK THAT WENT DOWN HIS LEG. HE HAD A BACK INJURY ADN SURGERY IN JAN. 1999 HE THOUGHT ITWAS JUST A FLARE UP FROM THAT. HE DID NOT REPORT A NEW INJURY, THOUGHT REST ON THE WEEHAND WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. SUBSEQUENT TESTING SHOWS NEW INJURY, NEEDS SURGERY.
EE SAID HE WAS LIFTING METAL FROM CRUHSER INLET AND FELT SOMETHING IN STOMACH TEAR.
