UPON ENTERING THE WORK AREA THE EE STOOD UP, STRIKING ONE O F THE 4" BY 4" HORIZONTAL TUBE STEEL SUPPORTS OFTHE FEED HOPPERS WINGS. EE WAS WEARING A HARD HAT AND SAFETY GLASSES. EE SUFFERED ABRASIONS AND CONTUSIONS TO HIS FACE, AND LACERATION R EYE.
