While lifting 12" poly pipe onto the fuser with the pipe being slightly wet. Employee hands slipped and ee hands became wedged between pipe and fuser roller. Causing lacerations to both little fingers. Pit pumpers checked on the employee, then ee was transported to the EMT. Employee was taken to CCMH where ee received sutures in both 5th fingers.

Mostrando los 7Employee was hooking up a 6" suction line to a pump. Employee felt pain in lower back and was looked at by EMT. Employee denied further treatment at the time it was reported. Employee notified Employer on 7/17/2017 that ee had been seen by the VA in Denver and diagnosed as a muscle sprain. Employee began physical therapy on 7/18/2017 and missed no scheduled shifts.
Mechanic was cleaning up a fuel spill, attempted to pick up an oil absorbent boom that was frozen to the ground and right knee popped and was unable to put weight on the knee. Mechanic had been having problems with this knee and was receiving professional treatment prior to this incident.
Plant employee was changing out a roll on the storage conveyor belt, the roll slipped pinching the employee's middle finger resulting in a chipped bone & laceration to the end of the middle finger. The end of the middle finger received sutures, the finger nail was re-attached with sutures. The employee was given a work as tolerated release and returned to work immediately.
Changing C&R ropes on shovel 11. As employee was attempting to move slack rope over lagging with hands, the chain holding slack in the rope slipped and the retract rope pinched fingers between rope and drum.
Employee was removing hydraulic filter housing. While EE was doing so, the backing plate fell. Employee attempted to hold the plate in place with left hand in the hose opening which resulted in a finger laceration of the middle finger of the left hand. Employee was wearing cut resistant gloves at the time of the incident.
The injured employee was working on the front strut of a CAT 793 haul truck. The EE was moving the pillow block when it rolled back and bent fingers back, injuring wrist.
