An employee was removing chute door. When they removed last bolt, door fell and rolled over the foot of another employee that was observing the work. Employee worked the rest of the day then stated the foot hurt. Employee was sent to clinic and diagnosed with a bruised great toe. Employee was placed on light duty, and was released to full duty on 10/24/2017.

EE let go of the gate to remove his hard hat to wipe his brow. This allowed the gate to fall and to strike him on the left side of the head.
While installing the front guard on a shaker the employee's finger was pinched.
