An employee was operating a Bobcat skid loader with a fork attachment to move a steel sawhorse when the sawhorse shifted and fell, striking another employee's foot who was nearby. The sawhorse landed above the steel toe portion of the injured employee's boot.

Mostrando los 4Employees were lifting a pipe using a loader and chain. An employee was adjusting the chain and positioned his body under the loader bucket. The loader operator lowered the bucket to provide slack in the chain pinching the ground employee between the loader bucket and pipe, breaking three ribs.
Employee with an undisclosed history of back problems began complaining of back pain at the end of his shift on 7/16/15. Employee spent duration of shift loading trucks using a loader under normal conditions. There are no noteworthy factors contributing to this incident except normal loader operation in combination with employee's previously undisclosed history of back problems.
