Mostrando los 11While dismounting a 6200 drill, worker slipped and fell approximately 3' to the ground. The worker began to feel discomfort in their right ankle and was transported to the local medical facility for evaluation.
Employee was flushing valves on the leach pad when they stepped down with there left foot into a soft spot, sinking into the dirt approximately 2/3 up the left leg between the ankle and the knee area. The employee fell forward as they were sinking causing the knee to bend backward slightly.

"EE" was leaving work at the end of his shift. While walking to his car he stumbled, lost his balance, and fell while crossing the parking ditch. "EE" fell forward on his hands and knees and landed face down in the gravel. He felt a sharp pain in his knee when it hit the ground. Hours later his right knee became swollen and he was unable to walk on it.
