A FATAL ROCK FELL FROM A PILLAR IN STOPE 66V7 OCCURRED WHILE A FRONT-END LOADER OPERATOR WAS LOADING ROCK INTO UNDERGROUND HAULAGE TRUCK. HE SUSTAINED A CRUSHING INJURY TO THE LOWER PORTION OF HIS BODY.
