DEATH A RESULT OF NATURAL CAUSES SPECIFICALLY HEART ATTACK.IT WAS NOT CUASED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY NO1 ANY PIECE OF MINING EQUIPMENT OR MACHINERY NO 2 NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY RULE OR REGULATI ON NO 3 LACK OF JOB SLILLS ,PROFICIENCY TRAINING AND ATTITUDE OR FOR ADEQUATE PROTECTION ITEMS OR DEVICES.
