AT THE END OF THE SHIFT. THE OPERATOR OF THE 355 DOZER WAS DISMOUNTING. HE PLACED HIS LEFT HAND ON THE HAND RAIL ON THE SIDE OF THE DOZER, THEN STEPPED ONTO THE PUSH ARM. HIS FOOT SLIPPED CAUS ING HIS HAND TO SLIDE THROUGH THE HANDRAIL PLACEING ALL HIS WEIGHT ON THE WRIST.
