EMPLOYEE WAS CHECKING EQUIPMENT OUT BEFORE STARTING UP OPERATION FOR THE DAY. EMPLOYEE HAD HO0D ON LOAADER, AS HE WALKED UPT TO IT, HIS FOOT SLIPPED AND HE ATTEMPTED TO GRAB SIDE OF LOADER IN STEAD HE CAUGHT THE GAURD AROUND THE FAN BLADE.
