EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING A BURNER CUT A METAL PLATE FOR A GUSSETT, DUE TO THE BURNING OF METAL BY A TORCH A SPARK CAUSED A FIRE IN A NEARBY TRASH BARREL. AN AEROSOL PAINT CAN CAUGHT ON FIRE AND E XPLODED CAUSING FACIAL BURNS TO EMPLOYEE. 2ND DEGREE BURN.
