EMPLOYEE WAS USING A PRY BAR TO FREE MATERIAL FROM THE HAMMERMILL. WHEN THE BAR UNEXPECTEDLY BROKE THROUGH, HIS LEFT HAND STRUCK AGAINST THE MILL DOOR WHICH RESULTED IN A LACERATION TO HIS LEF T PALM REQUIRING 5 STITCHES.
