EMPLOYEE WAS USING A HAND GRINDE RON A STEEL SHAFT, PREPAIRIGN TO INSTALL A NEW BEARING. HE HA DHIS HEAD TURNED WHILE GRINDING, TO VIEW HIS WORK. A SPECK OF METAL OR SLAG FROM THE GRIND PROC ESS WENT INTO HIS RIGHT EYE. EMPLOYEE HAD SAFET GLASSES W/SIDE SHIELDS. EMPLOYEE WILL NO USE FULL FACE SHIELD WHEN WORKIN AT OFF ANOE.
