LOADER WAS DIGGING SHOT ROCK FROM SPOIL PILE. ROCK FELL FROM PILE AND FELL THRU WINDSHIELD OF LOADER BREAKING WINDSHIELD AND BRUISING RIBS OF EMPLOYEE. XRAYS AND CAT SCAN WAS DONE AT HOSPITA L WHICH WERE NEGATIVE.
