EE WAS MOVING RR TIES INTO HIS LOADER BUCKET PREPRATORY TO MOVING A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT HE DROPPED A RR TIE ON HIS FINGER. INJURY CRUSHED THE FINGERTIP OF HIS RIGHT MIDDLE FINGER.
EMPLOYEE WAS CROUCHED DOWN POUNDING ON A HOSE END. HE SOMEHOW STRAINED HIS BACK WHEN HE STOOD UP.
