Northridge Sand LLC · Fall onto or against objects

No one was here at the time of the accident. No witnesses were available to report what happened. The person entered after hours, walked on main pipeline, slipped, fell forward striking head on pipe, broke neck, fell into water. Death from broken neck. The person involved was not part of the mining operations.
