DOZER OPERATOR WAS WALKING DOZER UP SLOPE, RECLAIMING. WHEN ALMOST AT TOP OF SLOPE HE PUSHED DECELERATOR PEDAL CAUSING ENGINE TO QUIT RUNNING. DOZER WENT BACKWARDS DOWN THE SLOPE CROSSING A SM ALL BENCH AT BOTTOM AND DOWN THRU TREES AND BRUSH TO ANOTHER BENCH BELOW.
