EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING ROCK OFF THE MINER. EMPLOYEE PICKED ONE END OF A LARGE ROCK UP. WHEN THE EMPLOYEE PICKED UP THE END OF THE ROCK, HIS FOOT SLIPPED, CAUSING HIM TO LET LOOSE OF THE ROCK. W HEN THIS HAPPENED, THE ROCK HIT EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT LEG.
