EE WAS CLIMBING ON WATER TRUCK TO UNHOOK A CABLE. HE LOST HIS FOOTING AND CAUGHT HIMSELF WHILE FALLING ON A HANDLE. HE CONTINUED TO CLIMB UP. WHEN HE BENT OVER TO UNHOOK CABLE, HE HAD SEVERE P AIN ACROSS THE SMALL OF HIS BACK.
