HE WAS OPERATING A DUMPSTER WHEN HE HAD A STEERIN PROUBLEM. HE HIT THE BERM ON HIS HAUL ROAD AND BUMPED HIS BHOULDER. HE HAD JSUT RETURNED THE DAY BEFORE AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS OF DUE TO AN AUT O ACCIDENT. THIS REINJURED HIS SHOULDER AND HE TOOK OFF. (HE DID MENTION TO SOMEONE THAT HE DIDN'T REALLY CARE IF HE CAME BACK SO SOON SO I THOUGHT HE MIGHT BE USING US. I DIDN'T REPORT IT
