EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON GRAVEL PLANT CHANGING THE BELTS. THE CLAMPS HAVE TO BE CUT WITH A CHISEL, WHICH HE WAS DOING WHEN A PIECE OF METAL FROM THE CLAMP FLEW OFF AND INBEDDED ITSELF INTO THE EMPLOYEE'S ARM AROUND ELBOW AREA. WENT TO HEALTH CENTER HAT IT DRESSED AND RETURNED TO WORK.
