Apex Sand and Gravel, LLC · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

We were removing the discharge chute from a dewatering screw, I removed the bolts from one side it fell towards the side still bolted when employee had his hand between the chute and the frame. It pinched his index finger and middle finger causing him to need sutures. Also his index finger was fractured.
