OPERATOR WAS USING AN ADJUSTABLE WRENCH TO TIGHTEN A BOLT ON THE CRUSHER. THE WRENCH SLIPPED AND IMPACTED THE OPERATORS HAND AGAINST THE CRUSHER. THE IMPACT BROKE A BONE IN HIS RIGHT HAND.
