Harris Construction Co Inc · Fall onto or against objects

EE was observing plant operators attempting to dislodge rock from jaw. Offered to help pulling jaw drive belts. Went under handrailing to step down to drive level from observation level. Let go of 3 pt. hold before securely on surface. Misjudged last step, fell backwards, landed on I-beam with his back, knocked the wind out of him. History of back problems, 1 day restricted duty.
