EE WAS CLEANING THE HOPPER FROM THE INSIDE WHEN CAOL WAS DUMPED INTO THE HOPPER WITH THE FRONT END LOADER ON TOP OF THE HILL. THE COAL FELL ON TOP OF HIM & WAS TRAPPED UNDER THE COAL INSIDE THE HOPPER. HE WAS THEN PULLED OUT & THE EMERGENCY SQUAD WAS CALLED. HE WAS CONSCIOUS & ALTER DURING & AFTER THE ACCIDENT.
