ATTEMPTED TO PICK UP A PIECE OF STEEL BEAM AND STRAINED LOW BACK.

WAS PULLING WATER HOSE FROM ONE ARE TO ANOTHER WITH IT PLACED OVER HIS RT. SHOULDER. AS THE TWISTS IN THE HOSE STRAIGHTENED OUT, IT CAUSED A TWISTING MOTION TO HIS RT. ARM, CAUSING STRAIN TO R T. BICEP MUSCLE.
