EMPLOYEE HAS BE9N HAULING SINCE 7/18/85.HIS TRUCK SEAT WAS NOT MOVED UP AS FAR AS POSSIBLE HE THOUGHT IT WAS STUCK AND WOULDN'T NOT MOVE UP ANY FURTHER.SO HE COULD NOT REACH THE PEDALS IN A NO RMAL SITTING PO8ITION SO HE HAD TO SLOUCH SLIGHTLY OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME SLOUCHING HIS HIS LOWER BACK STARTED TO HURT.
