OPERATOR WAS CLIMBING ONTO DOZER AT BEGINNING OF SHIFT. THE TRACK WAS ICY AND THE OPERATORS FOOT SLIPPED OFF. THE OPERATOR GRABBED THE CAB HANDLE TO PREVENT A FALL. IN THE PROCESS HE PULLED HI S SHOULDER CAUSING TEMPORARY PAIN.
