WHILE PLACING COVER PANELS OVER SIDE OF ENGINE, EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING OVER RUBBER TIRE. HYDRAULICOIL, WHICH HAD SPRAYED PROFUSELY DURING HOSE BLOW-OUT, MADE TRACTION SLIPPERY IN PLACES. ALTHOUG H HE HAD BEEN USING HAND RAILS, HE LOST HIS FOOTING AND FELL BETWEEN RUBBER TIRE AND MACHINE COUNTERWEIGHT BREAKING RIGHT COLLAR BONE.
