NO WITNESSES, ASSUMING EE WAS CLEANING TAKE UP PULLEY. APPARENTLY BECAME ENTANGLED IN BELT. EE WAS DISCOVERED ON THE GROUND. LEFT ARM WAS SEVERED AND APPEARED TO HAVE OTHER MULTIPLE INJURIES.

WHILE INJURED EE WAS HOLDING A DRIVING ROD ON PULLEY SHAFT ANOTHER EE WAS HITTING IT WITH A HAMMER DURING THIS PROCESS THE HAMMER GLANCED OFF OF THE ROD STRIKING HIM IN THE RIBS FRACTURING TWO OF THEM.
