EE WAS WORKING AROUND PIT AREA & SLIPPED & FELL ON FROZEN GROUND. AREA OF FALL WAS FLAT. EE HIT HIS LEFT ELBOW HARD ON THE GROUND, CAUSING A LACERATION REQUIRING SUTURES TO CLOSE.
