EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A METAL DOOR THAT HAD TO BE CUT TO FIT.DURING THE CUTTING PROCESS,METAL AND SAWDUST SHAVINGS ALLEGEDLY CAME IN CONTACT WITH EMPLOYEE'S EYES. EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A FULL FACE SHIELD.EMPLOYEE WENT TO THE DOCTOR ON 10-17-92 AND WAS GIVEN EYE DROPS AND RELEASED FOR WORK.
EMPLOYEE WAS BACKING DOWN THE CATWALK AS HE WAS CLEANING THE STACKER BELT WHEN HE ALLEGEDLY BACKED OFF THE END OF CATWALK AND FELL APPROX 5 FT FRACTURING HIS RIGHT RIBS.
