AS EMPLOYEE WAS SORTING REFUSE FROM COAL HIS THUMB WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN TWO ROCKS AS MATERIAL MOVED ON A CONMVEYOR BUILT, THE RESULT WAS A PINCHED THUMB WHICH CAUSED AN ABRASION TO HIS THUMB
AS MATERIAL WAS MOVING ALONG A CONVEYOR BELT, A PIECE OF DEBRIS FLEW UP STRIKING THE EMPLOYEE LEFT EYE. THE RESULT WAS AN ABRASION TO THE LEFT EYE. THE ABRASION WILL NOT RESULT IN ANY PERMANEN T IMPAIRMENT.
