WHILE BACKING UP A LOADER, EE HAD BODY AND HEAD TWISTED LOOKING BEHIND AND RAN OVER A LARGE ROCK, WHICH CAUSED EE S BODY TO BOUNCE AND LAND HARD IN THE SEAT OF THE LOADER, RESULTING IN BACK PA IN. EE STATES THAT THE PAIN WORSENED OVER TIME AND HE SOUGHT MEDICAL ATTENTION ON 12-8-97.
STANDING ABOUT 10 FEET FROM DOZER ON WHICH ANOTHER EE WAS WORKING. OTHER EE HIT DOZER WITH HAMMER, WHICH CAUSED BIT OF METAL TO HIT INJURED EE IN CHEEK.

EMPLOYEE WAS CLEARING A ROCK OUT THAT WAS STUCK BETWEEN MANTLE & LINER OF CONE CRUSHER. WHEN ROCK RELEASED,THE PRESSURE CAUSED MATERIAL TO FALL ON HIM.
