CONTINUOUS MINER WAS BEING MOVED BACKWARD, WHEN EMPLOYEE WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN BOOM AND COAL RIB AT CORNER OF INTERSECTION. MINER OPERATOR DID NOT KNOW HE WAS IN AREA AT TIME OF ACCIDENT. HE WA S SUPPOSED TO BE SETTING TIMBERS TWO BREAKS AWAY.
