IN THE PROCESS OF RESTARTING A CONVEYOR BELT, CAM EIN CONTACT WITH THE BELT. THIS CAUSED HIM TO LOSE HIS BALANCE AND FALL BACKWARDS. THE FALL RESULTED IN EE STRIKING HIS HEAD AND BACK ON A S TEEL BEAM.
