EE WAS REMOVING A 14-1CM MINER TO SURFACE WHILE HE WAS PUTTING HYDRAULIC OIL IN IT AT SPAD 234 UNDERGROUND HE MASHED HIS MIDDLE AND 3RD FINGER ON THE RIGHT HAND. HE WENT TO ER & DR REMOVED HIS NAIL ON THE MIDDLE FONGER AND PUT 5 STITCHES INHIS 4TH FINGER HE WAS RELEASED AND SENT HOME.

HE WENT TO JENKINS EMERGENCY AND WAS TREATED BY THE DR. AND RELEASED TO GO HOME.
