EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING A PIECE OF SLATE FROM THE CONVEYOR. THE CONVEYOR WAS DE-ENERGIZED, BUT WHEN EMPLOYEE GRABBED THE SLATE, SOME COAL ROLLED DOWN THE CONVEYOR, STIKING HIS HAND.
