THE STEP ON BULLDOZER BROKE UNDER WEIGHT OF THE EMPLOYEE.

EE WAS EXITING VEHICLE, HE PUT HIS FOOT ON THE FUEL TANK FROM WHICH THE TREADPLATE WAS MISSING, HE SLIPPED & HE LANDED ON HIS ANKLE, CAUSING AN ANKLE SPRAIN. TREADPLATE HAS SINCE BEEN REPLACED .

Struck against stationary object

EE WAS STEAM CLEANING HIS MACHINE. EE CLAIMS HE DID NOT REALIZE HE WAS INJURED UNTIL HE CLIMBED BACK INTO HIS MACHINE. HE SPECUALTES THAT HE CUT HIMSELF ON EITHER THE HANDLE OR HOSE OF THE STE AM JENNY. EE SUFFERED A LACERATION TO HIS RIGHT HAND, REQUIRING STITCHES.
