Over-exertion in lifting objects

Operator got out of his machine and picked up a broken shank and tip. He hoisted the broken piece onto the catwalk of the machine. Employee stated he felt pain in his groin at this time.

Bodily reaction, (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee stated that he was sitting in his truck waiting to load. He got up out of his seat to stretch and felt a pain in his stomach.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

One employee handed a piece of steel plate to another employee. The 2nd employee did not have a good grip on it and it fell to the ground with his finger underneath of it.
