Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee was working on a shacker and twisted to get a tool from behind EE and employee stated they felt a pull in lower back.

Contact with electrical current

A panel box door was not properly secured in the closed position allowing water to enter into the electrical panel. The EE opened the panel box to turn on the breaker & the panel face shocked the EE. The shock was minor but the EE was taken to a doc to be checked out. There were no obvious signs of injury. The EE stated EE had minor tingling in EE's left hand.

Bodily reaction, (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Miner was attempting to turn on water to plant one when stepped on a poisonous reptile. The miner abruptly jumped away, twisting awkwardly pulling or straining lower back.

Struck against stationary object

Miner was conducting repair work on a piece of mobile equipment when employee ducked under the equipment, raised up too soon and struck head on the equipment. Due to the repair location the miner did not have on a hardhat. Miner received stitches for a minor laceration to the top of head.

Operator stated that while operating loader loading outside contract trucks EE pulled or strained back.
