employee walked down to service truck to get some magnets off back and when EE did EE dropped one and reached down to pick up when EE raised back up EE hit a piece of metal that was hanging from truck and it busted EE's head causing EE to have 2 staples to be in.

Employee was stripping with trac hoe and wall caved in on trac hoe, busting window out, employee's knee was busted along with chin and broken glass cut up employee's hand
