Over-exertion in lifting objects

Employee was lifting battery lid when he felt a sharp pain in his groin area and back.

Fall onto or against objects

Employee was positioning an A-Leg at the staging on the job site. After he staged the A-Leg he turned and tripped over dirt/rocks, hitting his left knee on a piece channel in the staging area.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Man trip employee pulled over to let another man trip go by and the employee had part of his right foot sticking out of the ride. His foot got caught on the rib resulting in multiple fractures.
