EMPLOYEE WAS DUMPING SLAG CONES AND LOADING SLAG APPROXIMATELY 50-75 LB. IN WEIGHT INTO STORAGE CONTAINER. HE DID NOT BEND AT THE KNEE WHILE LIFTING; HE REPORTED SOME BACK PAIN IN HIS LOWER B ACK.
