Employee picked up a sheet of metal which slipped, pinning the tip of left middle finger between it and the cement.

Inhalation of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

Cleaning in a lower level from a fellow employee welding. Falling fumes aggravated lungs.

Fall from machine

Employee fell through a handrail to the ground, 13 feet. He initially landed on a cross beam then fell to the ground.
